About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Litigation Solicitor to join our International and Offshore Injury Litigation team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of cases, including international aviation accidents, employer liability cases on offshore installations, and catastrophic injury cases abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in complex litigation cases, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
  • Manage and develop a caseload of high-value and complex injury claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide empathetic support throughout the claims process.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Scottish Solicitor with a strong background in personal injury law, civil litigation, or commercial litigation.
  • Proven track record of success in handling complex litigation cases, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
