Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our Real Estate Litigation team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced lawyers to advise clients on a wide range of real estate disputes, including commercial landlord and tenant work, development disputes, easement and covenant disputes, and boundary issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and conduct of real estate disputes, including commercial landlord and tenant work, development disputes, easement and covenant disputes, and boundary issues.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Admitted as a solicitor in Scotland.
  • Previous experience in real estate litigation is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
