Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the strategic development and management of existing services, ensuring they meet and exceed regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in management within a care setting and supporting individuals with a wide range of support needs.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Relevant qualification for the post as defined by the SSSC - an SVQ level 4 in Care / Management.
