About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Total Community Care Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will receive full training and clinical support to enhance your skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Supporting individuals with their mobility and transfers
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to individuals and their families
