We are looking for a committed Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. As part of a prominent organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure and efficient environment within a correctional facility.

The Facilities Maintenance Department functions like a well-oiled machine, where every member contributes to the overall safety and functionality of the establishment, impacting the lives of prisoners, staff, and the surrounding community.

In this role, you will collaborate with skilled professionals, including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, and other tradespeople, all focused on fostering a secure and rehabilitative environment.

If you possess the following qualifications, we encourage you to consider this opportunity:

  • Experience in a correctional facility environment
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools
  • Background in building maintenance or Hard FM services
  • Current First Aid at Work certification
  • Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
