**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Roundhouse Recruitment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a range of maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our campus estate.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures.
- Conduct inspections of buildings and equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure effective and efficient maintenance operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management.
**Requirements**
- At least a Level 2 qualification in a relevant field such as plumbing, heating, or carpentry.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
