About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Manchester. As a key member of our Commercial/Office desk, you will be responsible for developing and growing a permanent employee supply business to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality vacancy and booking profiles, along with well-written adverts to attract top talent.
  • Adequately source and select applicants, match them to available roles, and identify potential future talent pipeline opportunities.
  • Work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and understand your sales pipeline to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute basic sales plans to achieve budget expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market share, competitors, opportunities, pipeline contingency, pricing, and future actions to ensure you meet sales targets.
  • Continuously increase productivity and sales activity to achieve year-on-year growth in sales revenue, margins, and profit, while maintaining exceptional client service levels.
  • Regularly visit clients, so ideally you will be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
  • Engage in Business-to-Business Sales and Business Development calls and face-to-face visits.
  • Maintain best-practice administration and record-keeping.
