About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Catastrophic Injury Senior Associate to join their team in Manchester. As a key member of the Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss team, you will handle a diverse caseload of complex claims arising from RTA and EL/PL matters on behalf of insurer clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad and interesting caseload of catastrophic and large loss claims
  • Handle complex claims valued from £100,000 to up to £5,000,000
  • Work with clients to resolve claims involving brain and spinal injuries, amputations, and fatalities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years PQE as a Catastrophic Injury Associate or Senior Associate. Experience of defendant catastrophic injury and large loss is preferred, but applicants with significant claimant catastrophic injury experience may also be considered.
