Role Overview:
  • Assist in research activities as a Rights of Light Surveyor, delivering comprehensive insights to senior colleagues.
  • Participate in site assessments at notable commercial and residential projects, capturing essential photographic evidence for documentation.
  • Engage in responsibilities such as acquiring Land Registry records, coordinating with local governing bodies, and collaborating with internal teams, including the CAD department.
  • Build proficiency in architectural plans and legal paperwork pertinent to upcoming initiatives.
Project Scope:

Contribute to a diverse range of projects valued between £100,000 and £1,000,000, serving both private and public sector clients.

Career Development:

Gain expertise in Rights of Light, Daylight, and Sunlight, paving the way for advancement to senior positions within the organization.

Candidate Profile:
  • A Bachelor's degree in design, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CAD software is advantageous.
