The Role: Senior Support Worker
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and development of autistic individuals within our care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing support packages, reviewing care plans, and evaluating outcomes for the people we support.
- Mentoring and developing the staff team through supervisions, appraisals, and providing access to learning opportunities.
