The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation is seeking a Senior Strategic Results Manager to lead the implementation of the RAS project across the project region, districts, facilities, and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and management of RAS project implementation, including work planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Lead the RAS team in project representation, relationship management, and technical and operations oversight.
  • Collaborate with RHMTs and CHMTs to ensure RAS priorities are aligned with regional and council plans.
  • Coordinate with Senior Technical Advisors to ensure timely provision of technical assistance and resources.
  • Ensure functional and well-guided roving and case management teams are aligned with project resources and priorities.
  • Provide oversight and ensure programmatic and financial compliance with Foundation, government, and donor SOPs.
  • Responsible for RAS team and regional project performance results, including quality and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Requirements
  • Medical professional with over 10 years of experience working in RCH, FP, HIV/AIDS, and TB programs in Tanzania.
  • Master's in public health or other relevant master's degree.
  • Project Management training is desirable.
  • Experience managing donor-funded projects with knowledge of US Rules and Regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of proven project management experience in health programs.
  • Understanding of local RCH, HIV, TB, and FP integration context within health facilities and community levels.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
