The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Strategic Results Manager to lead the implementation of the RAS project across the project region, districts, facilities, and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overall leadership and management of the RAS project implementation, ensuring alignment with the USAID Afya Yangu Northern project goals and objectives.
- Lead the RAS team in work planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation, ensuring timely and quality submission of reports.
- Represent the project regionally, building and maintaining relationships with sub-partners, collaborative partners, and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical and operations oversight to the RAS team, ensuring compliance with Foundation, government, and donor SOPs, guidelines, and policies.
- Work closely with RHMTs and CHMTs to ensure RAS priorities are reflected in regional and council comprehensive plans, aligned with the USAID Afya Yangu Northern project and regional councils plans and targets.
- Coordinate with Senior Technical Advisors and Advisors to ensure timely provision of technical assistance, intervention implementation, resources availability, monitoring, and results documentation and reporting.
- Ensure functional and well-guided roving and case management teams are aligned with project resources, technical, and operations support.
- Conduct quarterly joint supportive supervision with RHMTs to facilitate implementation, review progress, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Oversee the RAS team and regional USAID Afya Yangu Northern project performance results, ensuring quality and timely submission of reports.
- Medical professional with over 10 years of experience working in RCH, FP, HIV/AIDS, and TB programs in Tanzania.
- Master's in public health or other relevant master's degree is an essential requirement.
- Project Management training is desirable.
- Experience managing donor-funded projects, with vast knowledge on US Rules and Regulations.
- At least 7 years of proven project management experience in the design, administration, management, and implementation of health programs.
- Understanding of local RCH, HIV, TB, and FP integration context within health facilities and community levels.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Kiswahili); strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attentiveness to detail.
