Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and competent HR Advisor to join our fast-paced, dynamic Human Resources Team at Succession Wealth. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing generalist advice throughout the employee lifecycle, including grievances, disciplinaries, performance and absence management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Line Managers in all matters relating to HR, including terms and conditions, absence and flexible working requests, and performance issues.
  • Provide support during the TUPE process following acquisitions.
  • Maintain the integrity of the HR employee online database, ensuring clear audit trails and all records are in accordance with GDPR.
  • Provide support to all employees' well-being, including carrying out well-being at work assessments and advising on any other support available.
  • Arrange and support disciplinary and grievance hearings and produce own correspondence using standardized business formats.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR Advisory role.
  • Hold a relevant degree or CIPD qualification, or a commitment to work towards gaining CIPD qualification.
  • A sound understanding of the principles of good HR practice and some knowledge of employment law, including TUPE.
  • Confident working with the latest technology and able to use technology intuitively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade, influence, and, when appropriate, challenge with tact and diplomacy.
  • A creative and analytical thinking style, applying tenacity in the face of obstacles.
  • A high level of personal integrity, demonstrated by displaying respect and empathy for others and being consistent, open, and honest.
