Employee Relations Specialist Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advisory guidance and coaching on Employment Law policy to enable managers to deliver good people management practices.
  • Build relationships with the wider HR team and escalate significant concerns in their business areas.
  • Have current working experience of operating in a unionised environment and be capable to immerse yourself in company policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Commercially and data driven, with a pragmatic and innovative approach to ER.
  • Have current working experience of case management and exposure to the full life cycle of ER cases.
