Head Chef Opportunity at Gather & Gather

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our team at Sky Leeds Whitehall. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team to achieve exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including stock control, inventory management, and allergen control.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company values.
  • Collaborate with our procurement team to source high-quality ingredients and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
