Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying or a similar role within the construction industry
  • Experience with construction project management and contract administration
  • Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
  • Competence in using computer-aided design (CAD) and project management software
