The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

Joining the dynamic London office, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will oversee landmark industrial and logistics projects valued up to £200m, using their expertise to drive results and maintain exceptional client relationships. With a focus on independent project delivery, you'll also have the chance to collaborate on prestigious healthcare and life science developments, broadening your portfolio and enhancing your industry reputation.

The Ideal Associate Quantity Surveyor

The consultancy is searching for an accomplished professional with:

MRICS qualification (preferred).
Strong background in one or more sectors: industrial, logistics, or healthcare.
Masterplanning experience (advantageous).
Extensive pre- and post-contract knowledge.
Proven success in independently delivering high-quality projects.
Experience within a UK PQS / Consultancy environment.In Return?
