Employment Lawyer Opportunity in Central Government

We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team in a Central Government Organisation. As an Employment Lawyer, you will provide advice on Employment Law, conduct settlement negotiations, and represent clients in employment-based litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on Employment Law to clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct settlement negotiations with opposing representatives to resolve employment disputes
  • Represent clients in employment-based litigation, including court proceedings and appeals
  • Interview witnesses and record witness statements to support employment cases
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor or barrister with extensive knowledge of Employment Law
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with clients and parties from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience of a busy litigation caseload with considerable autonomy
  • Good drafting and written ability to produce high-quality documents
