Employment Lawyer Role

Sellick Partnership is proud to be working with an exceptional shared legal services team in the heart of the South East. We are looking for an Employment Lawyer to join a large alternative business structure operating on behalf of public Sector Clients which includes local government.

About the Role:

The Employment Lawyer will provide legal advice and services to client organisations and schools on a wide range of litigation matters comprising mainly of employment matters. Key responsibilities include acting as a legal advisor to client organisations, providing support to lawyers, and attending courts and tribunals undertaking advocacy where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a legal advisor to client organisations
  • Provide support to lawyers and act as a point of contact on a variety of cases, to include employment tribunals, discrimination cases, unfair dismissals, and TUPE matters
  • Attend courts and tribunals undertaking advocacy where required and to represent clients in negotiations and discussions with third parties in matters regarding the areas of legal practice relevant to the post
