About the Role

AO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our software applications and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of software applications, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure software applications meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to software development teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality software applications.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring software applications are delivered with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and customers, to ensure software applications meet their needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring AO remains at the forefront of software development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in software development leadership, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software applications.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
  • Experience with software development tools and technologies, including.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
