Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to oversee the operations of our nursery. This role is ideal for those with a strong background in early years education and management, looking to take the next step in their career.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the effective daily management of the nursery.
  • Support and lead staff in their professional development.
  • Maintain high standards of care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Manage nursery finances, health and safety protocols, and overall operations.
  • Prepare for and support inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare or equivalent.
  • At least four years of experience in the Early Years sector.
  • Strong skills in working with children aged 0-5 years.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing nursery operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of nursery management, including education, staffing, finance, and health & safety.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting inspection processes.
