Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Tigerlily Childcare Berks and Bucks Limited. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development, while maintaining the high standards of our nursery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Nursery Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of experienced professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the nursery, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Marketing and Communications: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the nursery and attract new customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing parents and the wider community.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, nursery management, or a related field.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
