Job Title: Principal Commercial Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Commercial Officer to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing contracts, and building relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Provide commercial support and guidance to internal teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain commercial knowledge and expertise, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Advanced negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in contract management, business development, and sales
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
