We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Graduate to join our Koch Global Services HR Shared Services team. As a Payroll Graduate, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input payroll data into payroll software solutions
  • Administer Bupa and Simply Health benefits, including adding new joiners, leavers, and changes to cover
  • Run payroll reports and save to SharePoint
  • Run monthly payroll pension reports
  • Reset passwords

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Customer service-oriented with a high sense of urgency
  • Quick learner with intellectual curiosity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Previous experience in payroll and/or finance
  • Strong analytical aptitude with system and data analysis skills
  • Experience of financial processes
