Key Responsibilities

  • Input of payroll data into payroll software solutions
  • Bupa Administration – updating employee data in benefit portal, adding new joiners
  • Simply Health Administration, adding new joiners, leavers, changes to cover
  • Running payroll reports and saving to SharePoint
  • Running monthly payroll pension reports
  • Resetting passwords

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work
  • Flexible, adaptable, and open to change
  • Customer service oriented with a high sense of urgency
  • Quick learner with intellectual curiosity
  • Pro-active approach to challenge
