We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Stock Controller to join our team at 99 K LTD in Salford. As a key member of our fashion-wear company, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement, storage, and tracking of products within our warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage in-coming shipments and ensure accurate inventory records
- Organize delivery schedules and invoicing to meet business needs
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records
- Generate reports on stock levels, order status, and inventory performance for management review
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of incoming stock
- Monitor inventory turnover rates and take proactive measures to address slow-moving or obsolete items
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in stock control and inventory management
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with Sales & Account Management, Finance, and Merchandising
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Driving licence for small van
