Regional Sales Executive

Territory: South East (Including London, Home Counties, East Anglia, Oxon, Berks, Hamps)

Compensation: £35,000 to £40,000 Base Salary. Uncapped Commission Structure + Pension + Vehicle or Allowance + Fuel Card + Expenses + Holidays

This is a fully remote position with occasional travel to client locations, including overnight stays as necessary.

Are you an experienced Regional Sales Executive with a background in selling manufactured goods to the construction industry?


Due to a surge in product demand, Williams Manufacturing is looking to expand its team with an additional Regional Sales Executive specializing in weather protection solutions for the construction sector.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Account Manager, with experience engaging independent dealers, merchants, specifiers, and contractors within the construction supply chain.

Experience with rainwater management systems, such as gutters, downpipes, fascia, soffits, or wall coping, will be beneficial. However, all candidates with relevant experience in selling manufactured products to construction clients are encouraged to apply.


This role will report directly to senior management, allowing you to manage your schedule autonomously while working remotely, except for site-based project strategy sessions and performance reviews.

Your responsibilities will include leveraging a database of previous clients and specialized software to identify strong leads and access real-time data on national projects requiring our products. You will be responsible for identifying target contacts, arranging meetings, and securing orders.
