Join Our Electronics and Digital Practice Group

We are seeking a talented patent attorney in training to assist with exciting new projects with established clients, as well as a burgeoning pipeline of work emanating from recent client acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patent prosecution and litigation matters in the fields of telecommunications and standard essential patents.
  • Work closely with our team of experienced patent attorneys to develop and implement effective strategies for our clients.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to understand the commercial aspects of IP work and develop a deep understanding of our clients' business needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years post-foundation level experience in patent law.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in telecommunications and standard essential patents.
  • Knowledge of commercial IP law and its application in a business context.
