Our diverse clientele includes health trusts, housing providers, government entities, local authorities, educational institutions, contractors, and developers.
Role Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, you will provide expert commercial guidance on the financial aspects of construction projects. This includes evaluating costs related to site preparation, construction, labor, materials, equipment, fit-out expenses, professional fees, taxes, and the anticipated operational costs of new facilities.
This position is situated within a busy, ambitious, and friendly team of 15, with a robust pipeline of work for the coming years. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our esteemed clients, necessitating exceptional communication skills and a strong commercial acumen to thrive in this role.
