Job Summary:

MAN Commercial Protection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our site and its personnel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Public Interaction: You will be responsible for dealing with members of the public in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Security Screening: You will be responsible for conducting thorough searches of people and vehicles entering and exiting the site.
  • Gatehouse Operations: You will be responsible for logging in and out all vehicles and ensuring that all visitors are properly screened and cleared.
  • Visitor Management: You will be responsible for greeting visitors and ensuring that all relevant security procedures are followed.
  • Incident Reporting: You will be responsible for writing accurate and timely incident reports and providing a visible and high-profile security presence.
  • Security Systems: You will be responsible for checking alarms and logging information, as well as responding to and dealing with all site incidents and emergencies.
  • Premises Patrol: You will be responsible for patrolling the premises to ensure that all areas are secure and free from potential threats.
  • Contractor Management: You will be responsible for dealing with contractors and ensuring that they are properly screened and cleared.

Requirements:

  • Initiative and Autonomy: You must be able to work on your own initiative and make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Work History: You must have a full 5-year checkable work/education history.
  • SIA Licence: You must hold a valid SIA DS or SG licence.
