Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the procurement and placement of utilities contracts, ensuring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as securing competitive pricing and selecting green suppliers.
- Assist the surveying team with the procurement and placement of various service contracts, including cleaning, security, and landscaping services.
