What We Offer

As a Graduate Marketing and Ecommerce Executive, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with senior leaders to learn the art of ecommerce trading and marketing strategy. You'll build and manage trading and marketing calendars, execute website updates, and use analytics to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with senior leaders to learn ecommerce trading and marketing strategy
  • Build and manage trading and marketing calendars
  • Execute website updates to ensure KPIs are being achieved
  • Use analytics to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey
  • Monitor key site metrics, including GP, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, Exit Rates, Traffic (new and returning)
  • Strategically plan and execute new product launches, promotional campaigns, and lead the execution of marketing plans
  • Be responsible for weekly and monthly reporting against team KPIs
  • Share valuable insights on customer behavior and trends using our in-house data and technology platform
  • Work to identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the brands' websites, as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels
  • Monitor conversion of key landing pages to improve where necessary
  • Calculate commercials for onsite promotions to ensure GP targets are met

We're looking for an ambitious graduate who is commercially astute, collaborative, and has a strong passion for ecommerce and digital marketing. You'll need to be an excellent communicator, have good organizational skills, and be a proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude.
