Job Title: Complex Support Worker for Children and Young People with Challenging Behaviour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Support Worker to join our team at Alcedo Care. As a Complex Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care to children and adults with Autism and challenging behaviours in Workington and surrounding areas.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our nurse-led complex care team to deliver tailored care packages.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individual needs are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.00 - £14.50.
  • Weekly pay, every Friday.
