Main Responsibilities- Delegated responsibility for the management of clinical areas within the haemodialysis service, including assessment of care needs, development, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Act as a credible and professional role model, encouraging and empowering other staff to develop both personally and professionally.
- Work closely with the haemodialysis nursing team to deliver a consistently high standard of care to meet patient needs and unit objectives.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise within haemodialysis, assessing, planning, and delivering care using a holistic approach.
