Care Home Clinical Lead - Night Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead for our Night Shift. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with care standards
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to junior nurses to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Full eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Experience in a similar role or as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
