As a Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibility will be to interact with our clients, addressing inquiries related to their accounts. You will assess their situations and negotiate repayment plans that are manageable for them, employing your negotiation skills effectively.
Working in a call center environment, you will handle a high volume of calls from the public. This role may involve navigating challenging conversations and addressing sensitive topics. Resilience is essential, as you will strive to achieve the best outcomes for our customers on each interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Demonstrate motivation to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle objections and difficult conversations with confidence.
- Gather relevant information and evaluate it to ensure fair resolutions.
- Exhibit empathy towards customers' circumstances when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and update systems as necessary.
- Meet deadlines and performance targets consistently.
What We Offer:
The position offers a competitive salary of £22,500 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a monthly performance-based bonus opportunity of up to £500. After successfully completing the probationary period, hybrid working arrangements may be considered.
