We present an exceptional opportunity for a qualified individual to become part of our General Surgery team within our Surgical Assessment Unit and Same Day Emergency Care Unit. This role is intended for experienced independent practitioners; however, we welcome applications from current trainees aspiring to advance their careers as Surgical Clinical Practitioners, with support to complete their Advanced Clinical MSc.

- Function autonomously within a specified clinical area, managing and delivering comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, employing advanced clinical assessment and critical thinking skills to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Collaborate closely with all members of the multidisciplinary team, contributing to the operational and strategic development of services, and promoting evidence-based practice, clinical audits, and research initiatives.
- Support innovative approaches to enhance service efficiency and patient focus, ensuring safe treatment, referral, and discharge processes for patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions.
