About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Therapy Assistant Practitioner. This role will involve providing rehabilitation support to patients who have been diagnosed with a stroke or neurological condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day delivery of the Stroke Therapy Service, providing direct patient contact and carrying out assessments and treatments in a timely manner.
- Support qualified staff to prioritize the clinical caseload by providing relevant information and taking on delegated tasks.
- Participate in clinical supervision and contribute to the Trust's appraisal process.
