Position Overview
Are you a qualified Childcare Room Supervisor? We are excited to welcome a dedicated childcare professional to our Busy Bees team.
As a Room Supervisor, you will lead and mentor the team by exemplifying your expertise and best practices. This role provides an opportunity to pursue a Management Qualification through our in-house training academy, enhancing your leadership capabilities and opening doors for advancement.
Our nursery, rated GOOD by Ofsted, is conveniently located near local amenities and public transport options.

Key Responsibilities as a Childcare Room Supervisor at Busy Bees:
As a keyworker, you will ensure that each child's unique needs are met, including providing support for parents with any SEND/ASL requirements. Take responsibility for the observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in accordance with EYFS, while also guiding the staff team in their professional development. Foster an environment that encourages and celebrates children's growth and achievements while effectively managing your team. And most importantly, create a fun and engaging atmosphere.To qualify for this role, you must possess a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have prior experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
