About the Role

Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our nursery setting.

About the Responsibilities

  • Ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any special educational needs or additional learning requirements.
  • Establish strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist the Nursery Manager in ensuring that all complaints and concerns are actively resolved in a timely manner and that these are reported to the Regional Manager.
  • Support, supervise, train, and appraise all staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice and develop open and positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Encourage and praise children's development and achievements, promoting a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety.

About the Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold at least a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working as an Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager.
