We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Procurement to join our team and drive our procurement strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead a team of procurement professionals to ensure effective sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship building
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Finance, and Technology, to drive business growth and cost savings
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and risk management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business success

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a strong track record of driving cost savings and process improvements
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective procurement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Knowledge of contract law and industry regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and accuracy across procurement activities
