Position Overview – Marine Systems Analyst
This role is pivotal in enhancing our Platform Management Systems (PMS) tailored for marine applications. Our team, based in the UK, is dedicated to delivering state-of-the-art solutions for military and commercial maritime operations.

Key Responsibilities
The Marine Systems Analyst will be responsible for:
- Engaging in all facets of the Platform Management System (PMS), focusing on monitoring, controlling, and automating essential subsystems for marine platforms.
- Developing Configurable Software Components (CSC) in alignment with the company's Engineering Management Plan and established procedures.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation throughout the CSC development lifecycle, ensuring traceability from customer requirements to software design.
- Collaborating with customers during requirements definition, technical reviews, and queries throughout the CSC development process.
- Working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to establish functional requirements and design Human Computer Interface (HCI) pages.
- Participating in reviews of Functional Design Specifications, HCI Page Reviews, Software Design, and Test Documents.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, including graduate program experience.
- A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Controls) or equivalent experience, such as an apprenticeship background.
- An understanding of Systems Engineering development lifecycles, including requirements capture, integration, and verification methods.
- Knowledge of Marine Engineering or Plant Processes, and Control Systems is desirable.
- Familiarity with requirement management tools is a plus.
