Key Responsibilities- Manage and process all fostering applications, ensuring timely and efficient completion of checks and assessments.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the recruitment process, including foster carers, assessors, and panel members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all applications, assessments, and decisions.
- Provide excellent customer service to foster carers, applicants, and other stakeholders, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Fostering Assessment Manager to ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with foster carers, applicants, and other stakeholders to promote the organization's services and foster care opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
