About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness sessions to our members, providing excellent customer service, and promoting a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver group and individual fitness sessions, tailored to meet the needs of our members
- Provide expert advice and guidance on exercise programs and equipment usage
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and safety at all times
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of our fitness facilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new fitness programs and initiatives
Requirements
- REPs level 2 or 3 Fitness Instructor qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
