About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Fitness Instructor to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness sessions to our members, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver group and individual fitness sessions, tailored to meet the needs of our members
• Provide expert advice and guidance on exercise programs and equipment usage
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service and safety at all times
• Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of our fitness facilities
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new fitness programs and initiatives

Requirements

• REPs level 2 or 3 Fitness Instructor qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
