About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Animal Rescue Team Member. As a key member of our charity shop team, you will play a vital role in helping us raise funds for the rescue animals in our care.

As a passionate animal lover, you will be responsible for creating an inviting and engaging shopping experience for our customers, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of our charity shop, including visual merchandising and stock management
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and fundraising goals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the shopping experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in retail or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for animal welfare and a commitment to our charity's mission
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
