Job Title: Technical Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Assistant to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Technical Assistant, you will be responsible for the preventative planned maintenance (PPM) and repair of plant and equipment, including fixtures and fittings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and operate all building services, including plant and equipment.
  • Take responsibility for the preventative planned maintenance (PPM) of plant and equipment.
  • Undertake repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Be able to work at weekends and overnight where necessary.
  • Build and maintain relationships with non-technical users.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working with technical plant and services is desirable.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service ethics.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with an essentially non-technical user base.
  • Mobility to travel across sites.
