Chartered Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our commercial sector, you will deliver building surveying practices to a range of clients in the Midlands.

About the Role
  • Prepare schedules of works and conditions, negotiate dilapidations, and produce pre-acquisition building surveys.
  • Deal with party wall matters, assess rebuild costs, and plan maintenance programmes.
  • Act as project manager on commercial projects in the Midlands.
