We are a well-established organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism and other complex needs. We are currently seeking a qualified assistant nurse to join our team and support a gentleman with autism and early-stage Parkinson's.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to our service user, promoting independence and dignity
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with our service user, built on trust and respect
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
- Reliable and professional individual with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care
- Ability to commit to 3 or 4 days per week and cover 2 sleep-in duties
- Experience working with individuals with autism and complex needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
