About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Director to join our team at Solutions Driven. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our ecological consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Lead efforts to expand our client base by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and securing new contracts and partnerships.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded through the delivery of tailored, high-quality solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative culture that emphasizes excellence and professional growth.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while proactively managing risks and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in ecological consultancy, with a successful track record in project management, business development, and client relations.
  • In-depth expertise in ecological assessment, impact mitigation, and regulatory compliance across various sectors.
  • CIEEM membership and a commitment to continuous professional development.
